One comfortable bedroom offers you plenty of room to unwind at the end of each fun-filled day in Spokane. We have provided you with a large, king-sized bed with lovely covers and linens to ensure you get a great night’s sleep. There is generous closet space to unpack your belongings.

The bedroom is located upstairs in the loft area just above the main living and dining area. In the bedroom loft you will also find a comfortable workspace with a desk, so you are still able to work remotely.

The full bathroom offers a shower and tub combination so you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower. It is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience. Washer and dryer is a stackable unit also inside the main bathroom.

When you step inside the main door, you’ll be treated to the sight of the cozy open concept living space and kitchen.

The full kitchen provides you with all the modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to create some delicious meals as if you were at home. Our guests will have full access to the entire middle unit townhome which features one large king-sized bed, a full bathroom, and a cozy kitchen and living room. High-speed internet, a washing machine and dryer, and plenty of storage space make this a great place, whether you need a central base to visit family, a relaxing living space for a vacation, or practical accommodation for a business trip. Free off street parking is available.

This listing says it can accommodate 4 guests. Please note that the second bed is a queen-sized aero bed mattress that guests can set up in the living room.

There is a dedicated parking space in the back as well as street parking in the front.

This is a middle unit to a triplex. Our quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM

You must be able to climb stairs as the bed is upstairs in the loft area.

Please note that we only supply a starter amount of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwashing liquid, shampoo etc. Please plan to purchase more if you run out. We also do not supply any perishables in the fridge such as ketchup and mustard. Please plan to bring or purchase your own.
