The cozy space includes the main level which houses 2 bedrooms, a full-size bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with TV, a breakfast bar and dining area. The washer/dryer unit is just off the kitchen. The upstairs has a quaint sitting area with a queen bed and its own bath with a wonderful claw foot tub. Perfect for bridal parties! The basement houses a second suite-style rental space.
